Biography
Prof. BRAHAMI Menaouer is a Full Professor in Computer Science and Consultant Trainer in Knowledge Management at the National Polytechnic School of Oran, Algeria. He received his University Habilitation (Ph.D. Qualification) in 2018 from the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran (USTO), Algeria, and earned his Ph.D. in 2014 from the University of Oran, Algeria. He is a multidisciplinary researcher and practitioner with extensive experience in academia, healthcare, and industry. He has published more than 50 research papers, including books, book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers. He also serves as a reviewer for several international journals and has been an active member of program and organizing committees for numerous international conferences.
