Biography
Xiao-Zhi Gao is a Professor at the University of Eastern Finland. He received his D.Sc. (Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland, in 1999. He has extensive academic and research experience in computational intelligence, soft computing, artificial intelligence, optimization, and intelligent systems. He has served as an Associate Editor for several international journals, including Information Sciences, Applied Soft Computing, and Evolutionary Intelligence. His research experience also includes intelligent processing of EEG/ECoG signals, artificial immune systems, evolutionary multi-objective optimization, and fault diagnostics.

Dr. Debnath Bhattacharyya is a senior AI researcher and academic leader with over 20 years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Biometric Authentication, Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition. He currently serves as Director R&D and Professor at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management. He has authored over 400 publications and has extensive experience in international research collaborations and AI-driven projects. He has also held academic leadership positions, including Professor, Head of CSE, and Dean R&D, and serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Johannesburg.

Biography
Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, Iraq. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. He has authored 22 research papers and books and has extensive experience as a reviewer for international journals and conferences. He has served as an Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member, conference chair, and committee member for numerous international conferences. He has also received several awards, including the Young Scientist Award in 2022, an Excellent Reviewer Award in 2023, and the Graduate on Time (GoT) Award from UKM in 2024.
